The Heart Behind the Littles Concierge
Rooted in motherhood, driven by service
I’m Alexandra, a proud mother of three, a lifelong organizer, and the heart behind both The Littles Concierge and The Bridal Concierge. I created these services out of a deep desire to bring peace, reliability, and genuine support to families and brides during life’s most meaningful celebrations.
After years of attending weddings and special events - both as a guest and a helping hand - I saw firsthand how often parents were pulled away from the joy of the moment because their little ones needed attention. I also witnessed brides feeling overwhelmed, wishing they had someone they could truly count on for the little (and big) things behind the scenes. That’s where I knew I could step in.
With The Littles Concierge, I offer warm, attentive, and professional childcare thoughtfully designed for weddings and special events. Whether we’re creating a joyful play space in a nearby room, caring for little ones in a hotel suite, or staying by their side during the celebration itself, I provide continuous, loving supervision - ensuring children are safe, entertained, and part of the joy. From dancing to dinner I personally stay close to each child, guiding them through the flow of the event so parents can relax and be fully present for every toast, every dance, and ever cherished memory.
As The Bridal Concierge, I provide calm, capable, behind-the-scenes support for brides - everything from being a personal assistant and stand-in bridesmaid to managing timelines and tiny details. I’ve been the one pinning dresses, running last-minute errands, and bringing tissues and champagne at just the right moment - and I love it.
At the heart of it all, I believe in care that feels personal, thoughtful, and trustworthy. Whether I’m holding a baby or a bride’s bouquet, I treat each event with the same attention and heart I would give my own family.
If you’re planning a celebration and want to feel supported every step of the way - I’m honored to be by your side.
With care,
Alexandra
