Client Care Agreement

At The Littles Concierge, our mission is to provide peace of mind through elevated, thoughtful childcare and bridal support services. This Client Care Agreement outlines the key terms, expectations, and responsibilities that ensure a seamless and professional experience for everyone.

Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable retainer of 25% is required to reserve your date and confirm your services.

• Final balance is due no later than 30 days before the event date.

• Late or missed payments may result in service cancellation without refund of prior payments.

 

Cancellation & Refunds

• The 25% retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will not incur further charges.

• Cancellations within 30 days of the event are subject to full-service fee.

 

Service Expectations

• Our caregivers are responsible for age-appropriate care within the designated childcare area and agreed hours.

• Meals, activities, and rest accommodation must be coordinated in advance.

• Caregivers do not administer medications unless formally agreed upon with written documentation.

 

 

Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate event timing, location, and child details in advance.

• Parents or guardians must be reachable throughout the event and provide emergency contacts for each child.

• A safe, contained space must be designated for childcare services.

 

Travel & Extended Service

• Travel within 30 miles of Alexandria, VA is included.

• Travel 31–50 miles: $75 per caregiver. 51–75 miles: $125 per caregiver.

• 76+ miles: Custom quote and/or overnight lodging may apply.

 

 

Overtime & Extended Hours

• Additional time beyond contracted hours may be available at $100/hour per caregiver.

• Any changes must be communicated and approved as early as possible.

 

Liability

• The Littles Concierge is fully insured. Caregivers are trained, vetted professionals.

• Clients assume responsibility for providing a safe, suitable environment.

• We are not liable for accidents or incidents resulting from undisclosed health or behavioral issues.

 

Privacy & Data Protection

• All client information and event details are kept strictly confidential.

• Photos will not be taken or shared without express written permission.

• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

 

Changes to Services or Terms

• We reserve the right to update this agreement as needed to reflect changes in services or policies.

• Clients will be notified of material changes in advance of their event.

 

Agreement Acknowledgment

• By booking with The Littles Concierge, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
