Client Care Policies
Booking & Payment
- A signed service agreement and deposit are required to secure your event date.
- Full payment is due no later than 7 days before the scheduled event.
- Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit card, ACH transfer, and other methods as outlined at
checkout.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a refund minus the non-refundable
deposit.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
- If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund including the deposit.
Service Expectations
- Our team provides professional, compassionate care with a focus on safety, discretion, and elegance.
- Caregivers are CPR-certified and vetted for experience, integrity, and reliability.
- Services are tailored based on your intake form and consultation. Any changes to your service needs must
be communicated at least 72 hours in advance.
Client Responsibilities
- The client agrees to provide accurate event details and to disclose any important guest or child information
related to health, behavior, or accessibility.
- For children in our care, we ask that all necessary supplies (diapers, bottles, changes of clothes, etc.) be
provided unless otherwise arranged.
Liability
- While every effort is made to ensure the highest standards of safety and professionalism, The Littles
Concierge and The Bridal Concierge are not liable for injuries or incidents arising from circumstances beyond
our control.
- All caregivers are covered under general liability insurance.
Privacy & Data
- We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking or consultations will only be used
for service-related communications. We will never share or sell your information.
Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these terms as needed. Any updates will be posted here and communicated
to current clients as applicable.
